James Kingsford-Smith, formerly of Cirque du Soleil and Circa, embarks on his solo debut in Unenlightened & Alone.

James Kingsford-Smith is a multi-skilled, professional circus performer. In his career, he has performed in over 13 countries, for 3 major companies and in over 40 venues. Beginning his training in gymnastics at the age of 5 he has been performing since he was 15, and is a trained actor, stuntman, high diver, physical comedian, acrobat and aerialist. James is a graduate of the National Institute of Circus Arts, has worked for Circa, one of Australia's most innovative circus companies, and is fresh from playing a lead character in a major Cirque du Soleil production. Now he pursues his true passion: challenging the emotional and physical limits to which the circus arts can aspire.
