The 4th Tokyo Fringe Festival will take place at the Shakti Studio on May 28, 29, 30 2010. It may still be the smallest Fringe Festival in the world but it has an appreciate audience and a warm and friendly atmosphere.  TFF wishes the artists involved will come here and learn about Japanese art and culture as well as perform their show.  We hope that our theme of communication and collaboration will be the key. Visit Japan. But not as a tourist.  Come and give as well as receive.  Communicate and feel the warmth of the Japanese audience.  They come to learn and to communicate and not to criticize.  They are fascinate with everything from abroad.  Japan is a wonderful place to present your work.  Japanese audience do not understand english.  Here is your challenge of how to communicate. You will love it here. You will have the most warm welcome at Shakt Studio. You will have the most memorable experience at the Tokyo Fringe Festival.
