APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN DEADLINE APPROACHING APRIL 20TH The 4th annual Tokyo Fringe Festival will take place at the Shakti Studio on May 28, 29, 30 2010. It may be the smallest Fringe festival in the world but it has an appreciative audience and a warm and friendly atmosphere. TFF offers artists a unique chance to learn about Japanese art and culture. Communication and collaboration is what we are all about. Visit Japan as a performer! It's a wonderful place to present your work. Japanese audiences are friendly and responsive and are eager to learn about foreign cultures. Don't worry about language problems. Our audiences have a general understanding of English but just in case, we also offer subtitles!
