It's finally here! The Tokyo Fringe Festival. It may be small but it will be great. We have 7 companies representing 6 different countries! And all will be at the Shakti Studio in Horikiri Shobuen which is the "shitamachi" or the real "fringe" of Tokyo. This is the home of "Tora-san" the famous movie character. Come and join us here at the Shakti Studio. Enjoy a drink or two at the rooftop bar and mingle with the others and have a chat with the artists. We are all here to communicate and collaborate. The TFF staff welcomes you!
